Pricing for Real Estate Illustrations

Design fees: $175.00 (this includes taking digital pictures of the property, creating the illustration and doing the layout for cards and/or prints)

Cards: $1.00 each with 20 card minimum (with envelopes, nicely packaged in groups of 10)

Prints: $35.00 for matted 11"x14" print (100% rag white mat)

Card & print combo: $50.00 (20 cards and 11"x14" matted print)

20 card job: $175.00 + $21.75 (w/tax) = $196.75

Print job: $175.00 + $38.06 (w/tax) = $213.06

Combo job: $175.00 + $59.81 (w/tax) = $234.81
